Job Description

  • Daily Department Round, Assigned tasks to Store staff
  • Expiry check, stock correction
  • Working on the schedule
  • Metro post checklist
  • Signage's check
  • Railcard and price check
  • FIFO Check.
  • Coordination with ALC EDP regarding printing and generate new Barcodes
  • Repacking, internal consumption ,quality checking
  • Customer dealing
  • Staff training, staff roaster up date
  • Working on Daily QA report, inventory
  • System up dates
  • Receiving and ordering, returns
  • Verification of System Entries
  • Attend daily Meeting
  • Communication with HO and Store Management.
  • Supervise staff in carrying out tasks
  • Monitor and control staff performance
  • Addressing customer complaints to understand customers' needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.
  • Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data in order to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
  • Contact with at least 10 customers on weekly bases to understand their needs and expectations, and to know best customers personally.

Bachelors of Intermediate with 8 years of experience
