Job Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business requirements & translate them into Digital Solutions.
Develop, Configure, customize and maintain core Digital Solutions to align with Business requirements
Provide support, training, guidance and managing METRO applications including (BI/DWH, CRM, POS, Retail applications (MMS), ERP) to users.
Creation and managing reports/dashboards in BI (MicroStrategy, Qlickview)
Manage Integrations between Digital Solutions & act as a primary Contact for resolving application issues.
Strong Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL.
Strong knowledge of Databases (Oracle, Teradata, DANA/GCP)
Implement and coordinate international projects.
Lead technical implementations in collaboration with international colleagues & internal stakeholders.
Monthly and yearly closing of different applications.
Development of new reports/custom objects in MicroStrategy.
Ensure accuracy of data provided to METRO users.
Ensure data protection and data quality checks.
Take initiatives on improvement of processes.
Qualifications
University degree (Bachelors or Masters in CS/IT)
Additional Information
2-3 years’ experience working on Digital Platforms.
In depth knowledge of retail business & processes.
