Job Description
Report to the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) and assist in stock ordering while maintaining optimum stock levels within the department.
Lead a team of Store Associates to ensure effective merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and overall department cleanliness.
Drive productivity improvements by enhancing operational efficiency.
Assist the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) in achieving the department's sales targets.
Manage the overnight mechanization of the department in accordance with DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure the department is ready before store opening.
Ensure products are displayed according to the approved planogram.
Maintain secondary displays in line with BMPL guidelines.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs and comply with all company policies and operational protocols.
Maintain discipline in timekeeping and ensure professional attire in accordance with the company's uniform guidelines.
Conduct QA checks by following all defined protocols and checklists to maintain quality standards.
Monitor product expiry dates during and after stock deliveries and ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
