Job Description

  • Lead Daily Department Round, assigned tasks to Store Staff.
  • Ordering with Supplier and Buyer in coordination with Floor Manager.
  • To ensure the required quality and temperature maintained in the department.
  • Receive and Quality Assurance check of carcass.
  • Signage’s and FIFO check in department.
  • Coordinate with ALC/EDP in printing and generation of new barcodes.
  • Working on Daily QA reports.
  • Address customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations and propose solutions.
  • Perform competitors 'promotions check to give on-going feedback on main competitors (retailers, wholesalers, etc.) per customer segment (HoReCa, Trader, Services, Companies & Offices) to Buying Department.
  • Keep strong control over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, stock availability to guarantee and create the optimum stock performance in quality, quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy, and to create the right base for reordering.
  • Communication with Buyers and Logistics to provide buyers with information on customers, competitors, suppliers, and to solve specific issues and to provide Logistics with feedback about delivery, quality, etc.
  • Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.

Qualifications

Intermediate (with 8+ years' work experience) or Graduation (with less than 8 years’ work experience).
