Job Description

  • Manage and optimize the online assortment, ensuring availability of key SKUs aligned with business priorities.
  • Define onsite merchandising strategy (boosting, ranking, category placements) and guide the technical team on implementation.
  • Plan and coordinate online promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.
  • Liaise with Commercial and Category teams to align online pricing, offers, and product availability.
  • Manage supplier partnerships by monetizing onsite placements such as banners, featured listings, and campaign spots.
  • Identify and develop new digital income opportunities through supplier collaborations and sponsored visibility.
  • Manage affiliate partners to drive incremental traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to stock availability, pricing discrepancies, and product issues.
  • Own and manage the e-commerce P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyse sales, conversion, and product performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction to technical teams for website updates, campaign pages, and merchandising improvements.

Qualifications

University degree (Master or Bachelor) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any Management Degree from a recognised University.
