METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. • This position will support Senior Manager in ensuring seamless process of METRO Brands new product development process from ideation, financial analysis, sourcing, quality assurance, packaging design, contract negotiation, and supplier management/compliance.
• Support the planning and execution of Own-Brand new product launches.
• Coordinate product samples, evaluations, and approval processes.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain regular communication to ensure smooth onboarding and product launches.
• Manage supplier onboarding and new product (article) onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate artwork creation and ensure product information is correct.
• Track project timelines and follow up on pending activities.
• Prepare launch plans and communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely launches.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• University degree (Master or Bachelor) or minimum another higher education
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
