IT Support Supervisor (Store)

METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. • Responsible for ensuring the stability, security & performance of IT infrastructure at store
• LAN/WAN devices administration and troubleshooting
• Providing IT support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution to ensure seamless IT operations for all users
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• PABX system installation and configuration
• Preparation & configuration of Voice / data circuits
• End user support for day to day activities & timely resolution of all user complaints at store
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
• Inventory management and supplier dealing
• Video & Tele conference systems management for business meetings
• Management of client end utilities VPN, voice and Data etc.
• Article updating on scale through software
• Other assignment assigned by line management.

Bachelors in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure

Functional Skills:

• Hands on experience of LAN/WAN devices, PABX system, Video Conference systems
• Strong technical and communication skills
