METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. • Supervise receiving, sorting, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product quality and minimize damage and expiry.
• Monitor real-time operations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure effective manpower utilization across shifts.
• Control wastage, shrinkage, and damages while ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and staged for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics for vehicle placement, loading plans, and dispatch schedules to meet store requirements.
• Supervise loading activities to ensure accuracy, safety, and proper handling of products.
• Ensure all store orders are dispatched on time, verifying stock against documentation before vehicle release.
• Monitor dispatch flow, manage inbound/outbound movement, and escalate delays or issues immediately.
• Supervise and assign tasks to platform staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA for quality checks, inspections, and timely resolution of product-related issues.
• Identify, segregate, and report damaged, expired, or non-compliant stock for corrective action.

Bachelors or Intermediate with 4 years of experience
