METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad & Faisalabad.

• Provide high-quality customer service, including smooth and effective handling of customer complaints.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit invoices.
• Provide a comfortable and pleasant service environment for staff and customers.
• Address customer complaints by understanding their needs and expectations and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer files and ensure the accuracy and quality of customer data to facilitate efficient communication with customers.
• Analyze key customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Monitor customer files and define action plans based on customer activity, including campaign management, activity by product family, and turnover performance.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with customers and respond promptly to their queries.
• Supervise Associates in the absence of the Department Manager (DM).
• Take initiatives to drive Customer Service excellence, including supporting customer service activities on the sales floor.
