METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. • Ensure and check timely execution of obligations of contractors with sufficient level of quality. Provide immediate response to contractors in relation to poor quality of services.
• Ensure presence of necessary spare parts for maintenance works.
• Acceptance of work performance by contractors and signing of acceptance acts / Service Entry Sheets.
• Make regular building inspections and provide information about demand for new services in a timely manner;
• Monitoring and implementing of local building code requirements for the property e.g. CDA
• Implementation and maintenance of fire safety and industrial safety procedures in the store.
• Review of energy management information and appropriate action to minimize energy consumption. Preparation of all energy management reports.
• Ensure presence of engineering documentation necessary for normal building operations, all service contracts and documents necessary for state inspections

Bachelors or Intermediate with 6 years of experience.
