Job Description

  • Develop & execute operational delivery strategy
  • Devise SOPs and process flows to drive operational excellence
  • Achieve operational & financial KPIs by adhering to operational excellence and optimization of cost to serve.
  • Liaison with Store, and Offer Management team to ensure availability of stocks and coordinate with supply chain department for timely  deliveries to customer
  • Survey (deliver inputs, monitor) the market in order to know what Competitors are doing to allow METRO to react and to adapt its strategy.
  • Plan and design delivery route to ensure cost effective and efficient delivery to customers .
  • Contact Customers through Visits & phone call for product & service feedback to handle complaints and maintaining good relationship to enhance business
  • Ensure all operational teams are adhering to Quality Assurance and Compliance policies.
  • Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and staff and customer awareness, according to company policy and relevant law
  • Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and  functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably Business Management with a specialization in Sales /supply chain or Marketing with 3 to 4 years of experience.
