Job Description
Implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow to maximise sales.
Execution of sales promotional activities.
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Manage sales and customer service activities.
Optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage health, safety, security, and emergency systems.
Train and develop teams.
Coordinate with other functional teams to improve efficiency and market share.
Maintain product hygiene at all levels according to company's policy.
Maintain floor discipline.
Ensure stock availability and control shrinkage.
Execution of partial inventory as per schedule.
Qualifications
Intermediate (6 years and above relevant experience) or Graduation (less than 6 years of relevant experience)
