Job Description

  • Ensuring a correct and balance inflow and outflow of cash, during daily transactions and refunds.
  • Verifying limitations on credit customers
  • Verifying the cash receipts in accordance with sales generation
  • Ensuring that the tax reduction has been implemented on the right customers.
  • Ensuring in returns, proper stock quantity is returned, and amount is received.
  • Reconciliation of bank statement & Credit cards
  • Deductions of Cashiers,
  • Monthly closing & audit reports
  • Communication with all the internal stakeholders regardless of level meanwhile keeping the line management in the loop.
  • Define actions to satisfy their needs.
  • Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology, and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
  • Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
  • Review and approve all the operational activities of team members.
  • Keep motivation level high among all team members to bring the best out of them.
  • Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team members in order to ensure a healthy, friendly, productive and supportive environment.
  • Ensure that each member is adhering to the policies and procedures announced by the management.
  • To carry out any proper instructions/relevant task given by SM, SMD, FM, HR Manager & seniors
  • To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors
  • Analyses and integrates numerical, verbal and other information while perceiving relationships, patterns, causes and effects.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience
